If you do not feel confident about approaching royal mail or any other licenced postal provider with your complaint, we will help you. We will hold your hand from start to finish. If you would like postwatch to help you to make a complaint, please contact us. If you have any comments you want to make to postwatch about a post office closure in your area fill out the post office closure questionnaire and post it back to us. Postwatch has a network of nine regional committees around england, wales, scotland and northern ireland. The chairman of each committee sits on the national council and feeds back as much information as possible about peoples concerns and aims for postal services in their area.
